Welcome to an imaginary place for us to ponder over beauty. Where can we find it? How to create it? What is it about beauty that makes us humans so obsessed with it?

My work aims at confronting LUxury with beauty, and human creation with the exploitation of nature.

Inspired by its symbolic feminine qualities of delicacy and strength, I buy unused pieces of silk from women who took up silk painting as a hobby in the ‘70s, in an attempt to breathe contemporary stories into the forgotten pieces of this precious material.
